Security Deposit / Electricity, Water & Cleaning Charge /
Minimum Nights Stay
1. There is a 200 euro security deposit payable in addition to the rental fee.
2. Guests pay for their own electricity.
Assuming there is no damage to the property, or missing items, the cost of the electricity used is deducted from the deposit using the meter readings taken on arrival & departure. This is a totally transparent process where the readings are photographed for you and the difference is multiplied by the standard electricity rate for the property
3. Water and cleaning fees are included in the rental price.
4. A minimum stay of 5 nights is allowed.
